Our Process

You don't have to know the answer before you call.

That's what the Clarity Call is for.
We figure out what's actually happening — and what makes sense next — together.

Every engagement starts with a Clarity Call — a real conversation about what's happening in your marketing before anything else is recommended. From that conversation, the path forward becomes clear. Some situations call for a focused Strategic Project. Some call for a written Clarity Brief. Some move directly into ongoing partnership. The structure follows what we learn — not a template.

The Engagement Path

One starting point. The right path forward.

Clarity Call |  Free  | 30–45 minutes

A Clarity Call is not a sales call. It's a real conversation — one where we ask better questions than you've probably heard from a vendor before. We want to understand what you're spending, what you're getting back, and what you're unsure about. We also want to know if we're actually the right fit.

By the end of the call, you'll have a clear read on the real problem — not just the surface one. We'll both know whether a next step makes sense, and what that next step should be. If it's a project, we'll say that. If it's a brief, we'll say that. If it's a retainer, we'll say that. And if it's none of those, we'll say that too.

No obligation. No pressure. No follow-up pitch sequence.

What you leave with: An honest read on your current marketing situation and a clear sense of what the right next step looks like — whether that's working with us or not.

STRATEGIC PROJECT | DEFINED SCOPE | FIXED FEE

Sometimes the Clarity Call surfaces a specific, bounded problem — a reporting system that's manual and scattered, vendor relationships that aren't connected, a message that isn't landing. When the problem is concrete enough to scope, we build a project around it.

We define the scope, the timeline, and the fee before work begins. No surprises. You get a specific deliverable you own outright. After the project is complete, we have a real conversation about whether ongoing work makes sense.

This isn't a stripped-down version of the Clarity Brief. It's the right tool for a different kind of problem.

What you leave with: A specific output built around your actual situation — something you can use immediately, whether or not the work continues.

THE CLARITY BRIEF | 2–3 WEEKS

The Clarity Brief is a 2–3 week strategic engagement that produces a written roadmap: a complete picture of where your marketing is now, where it should go, and what a realistic next step looks like. It's not a surface-level audit. It's not a proposal dressed up as a report. It's the strategic work that most agencies skip — and charge you for later when campaigns don't perform.

For organizations carrying board accountability or lean internal capacity, the Brief also serves as a written foundation for internal conversations — a clear, defensible read on what you have, what's working, and what a responsible next step looks like before anything more is committed.

What the Clarity Brief includes:
  • Full review of your current media mix — what you're buying, from whom, and whether it's working
  • Audience and market analysis specific to your business or organization
  • Channel-by-channel assessment: what to keep, change, or cut
  • A defined strategic direction for the next 12 months
  • A recommended next step scoped to your actual situation
The Clarity Brief fee credits in full toward your first month of ongoing work when you move forward. If you complete the Brief and decide not to proceed, you keep the document and pay the fee. No credit applied, no pressure applied.

What you leave with:
A written brief you own outright. A clear picture of what comes next. And a decision in front of you — with no obligation to proceed.

MANAGED STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP / AOR | CUSTOM-SCOPED | ONGOING

The Managed Strategic Partnership is the ongoing relationship. This is where strategy becomes execution and execution becomes accountability. Every Partnership client gets one strategist who owns the full picture: your media plan, your vendor relationships, your campaign performance, and your monthly reporting.

You stop managing vendors. You stop fielding sales calls. You stop wondering what your marketing is actually doing.

Partnership scope is determined by what we learn together — through the Clarity Call, a project, or a brief — not in a sales conversation. By the time we get here, we both know what the work should look like.

What ongoing Partnership includes:
  • Strategic media planning and channel management
  • Execution oversight across all active channels
  • Vendor relationship management — one point of contact instead of five
  • Monthly reporting that translates into decisions, not just dashboards
  • Quarterly strategic review — what's working, what's not, where the next dollar goes
  • A single point of accountability across your full marketing investment
Partnerships begin with a 90-day initial term, then convert to annual. How you pay depends on how you're set up to buy media — retainer, commission on managed spend, management fee, or a hybrid. We'll scope the right structure based on what we learn together.

What you leave with: A marketing partner who is accountable for results, vendor-neutral in every recommendation, and present every month with answers — not just reports.

Who This Is For

Adgorithm works best with established businesses and organizations that are ready to work with a strategic partner — not another vendor.

For established commercial businesses

  • You’ve been buying media for years but can’t clearly say what’s working
  • You’re managing multiple vendor relationships with nobody connecting the picture
  • You're getting reports but not decisions
  • You want a strategist who has no stake in which channel you use
  • You're ready to invest in clarity before committing more budget

For public-impact and board-accountable organizations

  • You’re under pressure to make defensible marketing decisions with incomplete data
  • Your board or funders are asking ROI questions your current reporting can’t cleanly answer
  • Your marketing function runs lean — one person, or one person wearing several hats
  • You know things need to evolve, but you need a realistic path before committing resources
  • You need direction that holds up in internal conversations, not just in a vendor report

Who This Isn't For

Pre-revenue startups, direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands looking for pure performance marketing, or businesses shopping primarily on price.

  • You haven't launched yet or don't have stable, demonstrated revenue
  • You need pure performance marketing with no strategic layer
  • You're evaluating agencies primarily on price
  • You need someone to execute without asking whether the strategy makes sense first
  • You want a vendor to carry out a campaign that’s already been decided — without review
