Why I Built Adgorithm This Way

I built Adgorithm because I kept seeing the same problem.

Growing up, my mother had a gift for creativity that she passed down deliberately — encouraging my artistic curiosity from an early age. My brothers both had a passion for audio, video, and photography — and I looked up to them. Just like they did, I followed in their footsteps and joined the student-run television studio at our high school, a program that had been part of our community since 1968. What started as curiosity became something I never really left — a genuine interest in how messages are built, how they travel, and why some of them actually land.

That led me to study Communications, launch my career in television production, move into production management across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and eventually spend more than two decades in media sales and strategic consulting — including three President's Club awards during my time at Comcast.

But what I kept noticing was harder to put on a plaque. Many business owners were facing fragmented marketing efforts, multiple vendors, competing advice, and no clear strategy tying any of it together. They were spending — sometimes significantly — without a clear picture of whether it was working or why.

That realization led me to build Adgorithm the way I did.

My approach is straightforward: strategy has to come before spend. It has to be clear enough to defend, practical enough to act on, and honest enough to hold up when the conversation goes upstairs. I don't build client rosters. I build partnerships rooted in thoughtful guidance and decisions that actually make sense.
