Adgorithm Agency was founded by Denise Kovaleski, a media and marketing strategist who spent nearly three decades inside the regional media business — in production, campaign strategy, and the rooms where buying decisions get made.
Denise grew up in a creative household. Her mother had a gift for creativity that she passed down deliberately — encouraging Denise's artistic curiosity from an early age. Her brothers shared a passion for audio, video, and photography that she admired growing up, and just like they did, she followed in their footsteps and joined the student-run television studio at her high school — a program that had been part of their community since 1968.
That foundation shaped everything that followed: a Communications degree, a career in television production, production management across three states, and more than two decades in media sales and strategic consulting, including three President's Club awards during her time at Comcast.
What she kept seeing along the way was the same problem: businesses facing fragmented vendors, competing advice, incomplete reporting, and no clear strategy connecting any of it. That realization is what led to Adgorithm.
Today Adgorithm works with established businesses and public-impact organizations across Northeastern Pennsylvania — helping decision-makers get clear on strategy before anything gets bought or built.
